Job DescriptionPOSITION: Operations and Administrative CoordinatorPOSITION TYPE: In Person, Full Time (Monday - Fridays)REPORTS TO: CFO & PRESIDENTOur Lawson-Fenning Team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate who will oversee operational activities. This person will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations by communicating with employees and team members and managing processes and company information in an organized, efficient manner.Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement company wide procedures and process guides
Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
Maintain communication with President, team members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points
Assist the President in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
Oversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessary
Ensure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations
Coordinates some employee record-keeping functions
Assists department managers with hiring staff, including posting jobs online, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters.
Manage company calendars and communicate key information as needed
Requirements
Proven organizational skills, including time management
Project management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strict attention to detail
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role
Proficiency with Google Suite and other productivity applications and platforms
Salary And BenefitsSalary range: $75,000-$90,000, based upon experience. Health Insurance and 401k plans.
