ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Our Special Projects division is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple fast-moving projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects, managing financials, coordinating labor, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with customers, vendors and subcontractors. This position requires exceptional written and oral communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex technical documents. You must be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once, while keeping a level head and responding to changes as necessary. The Project Manager will represent the image of the company and shall take the opportunity to exude a high level of professionalism and expertise daily.

Project Management Overview:
Perform all project management functions required to promote and finalize contract sales including; conducting customer needs analysis, collaborate with engineering to generate conceptual design, completion of estimates & proposals. Successful management of contracts, sales cycles, estimating, procurement, and execution.
Oversee forecasting initiatives by leveraging budget forecasts. Regulate expenses via effective labor and procurement management. Offer documentation such as letters, proposals, contracts, change orders, strategies, etc., to ensure sound business practices and legal safeguards.
Business Development & Relationship Management:
Nurture robust connections with every stakeholder, encompassing customers, vendors, subcontractors, and colleagues. Supervise all customer-centric activities, spanning Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Construction, and Service, throughout project construction promptly, aiming to uphold high levels of customer contentment. Ensure continuous communication and follow up through the life of the project and post completion to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Utilize internal resources to fullest extent. The Project Manager utilizes and coordinates staff from all departments, as needed, for each project. During the life of a project, the Project Manager manages and supervises employees assigned to the project.
