Essential Job Requirements:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Client Service Representative based in Norwalk, CT. The Team Client Service Representative will be responsible for managing team store execution, providing follow up to customers about their specific orders, excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Customer communications for store open/store closed/production issues/shipping updates
- Collaborate with warehouse team on packing & delivery execution
- Assist with any problem production errors and tracking solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in a timely manner in NetSuite
- Use of SalesForce for client management
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks with positive result
- Lacrosse experience is nice, but not mandatory.
