Position Title: Associate-Operations

The Team Sales Division at Lax.com sells custom and stock products directly to programs through online team stores and bulk orders. The Associate will provide support to the sales team in the production and fulfillment of these orders. This position will be responsible for facilitating: Approvals, purchasing, inventory management, and production coordination. 

Purchasing

• Accurately place orders on B2B websites
• Create and manage purchase orders in ERP system
• Create and manage vendors and contact information in ERP system

Inventory Management

• Build and manage products and pricing with bin location tracking in ERP
• Build assembly items and create work orders for jobs in production
• Adjust inventory and utilize job costing to assign costs

Production Coordination

• Coordinate arrival of product from each manufacturer prior to expected print date
• Adjust sales order items and price in ERP system
• Interface with design team on art approval status for custom jobs
• Communicate with warehouse team on project specifications and pack schedule for custom jobs
• Coordinate solutions for missing items

Skills
