Work Location: this is a remote position

The Spirit of the Position:

The National Program Manager for LAZ Healthcare Services is responsible for oversight of the CARE Program, which includes implementation of CARE training, oversight/support of CARE Certified Champions, and management of the CARE shopper program. The Program Manager is also responsible for the management of all Key Performance Indicators related to the CARE program (training metrics, shopper scores) and healthcare operations (audit follow-up, claims response). Additionally, the Manager will assist with healthcare client relationships and operational planning for future and existing healthcare clients.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the administrative ownership and tracking of all healthcare contracts and client lists.
  • Oversight of the CARE Program; documentation of all CARE training courses, tracking of annual courses.
  • Lead coordination of the Monthly National Healthcare Huddle – tracking agenda, guest speakers and follow-up notes.
  • Support development of SOP’s and policies for healthcare clients and operations.
  • Assist with healthcare proposals or presentations as needed; working directly with the National Director of Business Development.
  • Assist with healthcare transitions and orientations.
  • Assist with management of the Healthcare Services SharePoint – event postings, RAVE’s, and training content.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual reports as required.
  • Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the portfolio’s operation.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Travel:

  • 25-30% of time travelling to hospital locations across the U.S.
  • Trips average 2-3 business days every other week to any/all hospital locations across the U.S.

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred, extensive work experience or other educational certification preferred.

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in healthcare operations preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in training/orientation support preferred.
  • 1 years’ experience in business development preferred.

Skills:

  • Project Management skills to manage large projects.
  • Strong public speaking skills needed for training and orientation classes.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare operations.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
