Job Title: Account Executive - SaaS WMS eCommerceLocation: Fully Remote (United States)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our remote team and contribute to our growth and success.
Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our SaaS WMS solutions can address their challenges and add value to their operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the eCommerce industry through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our SaaS WMS solutions to prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS or WMS space.
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and its challenges related to warehouse management and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
