Softwash cleaning is a simple service that is easy to quote, and brings a ton of value to our customers! They need what you have to sell, so the simple part is building rapport and showing them why we are the best choice for them!

If you like a changing environment when Softwash slows down in the winter we swap to Christmas Lights for our residential and commercial clients! This allows you to meet with high-end clients and gives you something different to sell in the slower times of Softwash! It's a very joyful experience to make the client's dreams come alive!

***You will be working out of your home location and will not be responsible to report anywhere except once a week for a sales meeting at our Location in Williamsburg.

Compensation for our Sales Representatives:

• 15% commission on self-generated leads 10% commission on company-generated leads (highest commissions of any company in our industry)
• Monthly Bonuses & Incentives for our sales team
• Paid time off, 2 weeks vacation at Christmas
• Company vehicle and gas card
• The average annual salary expectation is $60k-$100k depending on effort and skill level

Sales Effort:

• Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts
• Meeting with mostly residential clients to provide estimates and follow up on service
• Following processes for generating customer referrals
• Generate your own sales leads using our sales processes & systems and following up on those leads
• Typically 85-90% of your leads are provided for you on average from March to December.

Some Requirements for our Sales Representatives:

• Reliable car to get to and from work
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
