- Budget Management: Work within client budgets, providing recommendations that offer exceptional value and a memorable cruise experience
- Promotional Initiatives: Develop compelling promotional materials to showcase our cruise offerings and attract new clients
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changing cruise regulations and adapt plans accordingly
- End-to-End Cruise Bookings: Handle all aspects of cruise bookings, including cabin selection, shore excursions, dining arrangements, and any special requests
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients before, during, and after their cruise, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise during the booking process or cruise, ensuring client satisfaction

- Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
