• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain and keep service areas stocked
• Accurately follow recipes, production sheets, and provide daily prep
• Accurately record food and equipment temperatures
• Perform patient host duties to include, obtain patient meal selections; provide compassionate service, produce and/or deliver meal trays, etc.
• Additional training and/or certifications may be required

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in health care or food service preferred
• ServSafe certification or Food Handlers certification
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures required
• Previous Barista experience
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation and previous experience understanding and following recipes
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently
