Lead .NET Developer

Extensive experience in Vue.js to lead the website development team in building and enhancing web applications. Possess a strong background in .NET development and a deep understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Vue.js. Responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Duties:

• Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex web applications using the .NET framework and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Compiles code into programs and analyzes and corrects errors detected.
• Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
• Consults with team to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
• Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections,
• Monitors performance of programs after implementation.

Qualified candidates must have:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in.NET development with proficiency in C#, .NET Framework and WebAPI.
Extensive experience building responsive web applications using Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Strong understanding of web development concepts such as RESTful API's, HTTP protocols, and MVC architecture.

You must live in the United States and have legal authority to work here. Living in Lewistown, MT is mandatory. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
