CPA office is now seeking a full-time Office Manager
The primary responsibility of the office manager is to help support the team and provide exemplary customer service to all of the office's amazing clients. They are a local CPA firm with the goal of making tax and accounting easy on their clients while providing expert knowledge and outstanding service.
This office manager will manage and provide support and ensure office efficiency. They will work 40 hours per week but may be asked to increase hours through tax season. The firm values their employees time and offers vacation accrual and schedule flexibility. 
The ideal candidate is a proficient with multi-tasking, organization and is detail oriented. They have the ability to manage different projects and deadlines and can work within Microsoft office suite, QuickBooks and provide bookkeeping support for the firm when needed. QuickBooks knowledge assists the team with entries into AR/AP, bank reconciliation, and reporting. 
The ideal candidate should bring a self starter and customer centric attitude along with the with ability to learn.
