Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Services Manager/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Azure Services tenant, developing cloud and on-premises integration solutions, and ensuring efficient and effective use of Azure components and services. This role demands a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Azure Services tenant, including APIM, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Search.
• Oversee APIs and policies within the Azure API Management (APIM) environments.
• Catalog, organize, and create Logic Apps and Cognitive Search solutions.
• Architect, develop, and implement integration solutions utilizing Azure Services.
• Ensure expertise in Azure Components & Services such as Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Cognitive Search.
• Deliver APIM Policies and Transformations, Low-Code Flows, and Scripts.
• Review business requirements and develop technical solution proposals.
• Create functional requirements and technical documentation for Microsoft Azure Solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation and proposals.
• Use modeling tools to produce application architecture diagrams, deployment diagrams, sequence diagrams, dataflow diagrams, etc.
• Deliver models or diagrams of Azure Components and Integration Points.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph API and manage necessary permissions to execute various methods.
• Write and maintain code in Azure-supported languages such as Python, R, C#, jQuery, and MS SQL.
• Deliver Python, R, C#, jQuery, and MS SQL scripts.
• Utilize standard API protocols and data formats like SOAP, JSON, XML, REST, and WebAPI.
• Deliver documentation of API protocols and data formats.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with teams on software development concepts.
• Discuss and provide feasibility analysis of proposed ideas.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using debugging and data analysis tools.
• Provide solutions to ensure optimal performance of Azure services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and developing Azure services and components.
• Strong knowledge of Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Search.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, C#, and SQL.
• Familiarity with standard API protocols and data formats (SOAP, JSON, XML, REST).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with architecture modeling tools and creating technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of low-code development platforms.
• Familiarity with database querying and stored procedures.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance.
