Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (mid-level) – Language Models to guide and manage the lifecycle of our language model products. This role involves defining strategic direction, prioritizing product features, and optimizing user experiences to align with business goals and market needs.

• Manage datasets to represent a wide range of linguistic patterns and topics.
• Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for language generation tasks.
• Optimize models for fluency and coherence.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in language modeling techniques and incorporate them into training methodologies.
• Assess model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Refine model architectures and training procedures iteratively.
• Develop and implement ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI systems.
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in algorithmic decision-making processes.
• Identify and mitigate biases in AI algorithms and datasets.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of AI systems to ensure ongoing fairness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 minimum years of experience in product management, preferably with AI or language model products.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
