Position Description:

LCG is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to support an institute at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) located in Bethesda, MD.

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of collaborative technologies and custom solutions.
• Ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
• Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Implement best practices for agile development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a technical team.
• Analytical focus on continuous improvement and optimization of agile application development and custom solutions engineering.
• Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms, custom solutions engineering, requirements gathering, user-centric design, M365 support, service, incident, and problem management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits 

The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
