Customer Service Support Representative
Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems.
Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative / clerical duties (i.
e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
Skill Requirements
Administrative : Answer telephones, maintain logs / records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
Machine : Calculator, personal computer.
License / Certification / Education : Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w / 1-3 years of applicable experience.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Pay Range : $15.25-$21.00
Benefits : All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
