Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Waukesha area with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience to join our team. Pay is negotiable upon experience, preferably in a multi-family residential setting. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, day to day maintenance, electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day routine maintenance tasks, including repairing electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnose maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of day to day electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

• Competitive starting salary in the range of $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
