Qualifications
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- 1-2 years experience in a leadership role
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and often
- Must posses strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a criminal back round check and drug screen
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide meaningful insights to drive quality improvements
- Must have a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and understanding of customer expectations and needs
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors, team leaders, and other stakeholders in implementing quality initiatives
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to provide effective coaching and mentoring
- Can work between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday

- Documenting quality findings
- Immediately refer escalated issues to the appropriate manager
- Developing evaluation programs
- Monitor customer-agent interactions
