The Marketing Coordinator role will beresponsible for supporting the Marketing Corporate division with existing andfuture properties within the LDV portfolio.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. DigitalMarketing Support
§ Manage necessary website updates for allbrands through the Bentobox platform, including changes to menu, hours,upcoming events, press, promotional banners, photography, reservations links,and more.
§ Perform a bi-weekly audit of third-partyonline platforms (Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Resy, etc.) to ensureaccurate hours and other operational details.
§ Join bi-weekly calls with the Digitalagency (led by Director of Marketing). Send through new imagery, upcominginitiatives, and other relevant details needed for new campaigns.
§ Provide technical problem solvingrelated to Google Business and Meta accounts.
§ Under the guidance of the Director ofMarketing, build out monthly email campaign calendars for each market.
§ Load, test, and deploy SMS campaignsthrough SevenRooms.
§ Load, test, and deploy email campaignsthrough MyEmma.
§ Maintain LDV’s email database withmonthly data updates.
§ Monitor all brands’ Instagram messageson a daily basis in a Community Manager capacity.
2. MarketingCampaign Support
§ Participate in the development ofquarterly marketing plans.
§ Facilitate team-wide communication andproject management of marketing initiatives to ensure all deadlines are beingmet and executed at the store level.
§ Support marketing event initiatives andattend outside of office hours as needed.
§ Contribute to identifying communityevents aligned with LDV brands to participate in.
§ Facilitate sign-ups for Restaurant Weekand other approved community events.
§ Contribute to monthly report outliningactivations, press, partnerships, and digital media performance.
3. BrandSupport
§ Join bi-weekly calls with the PR agency.Send through new imagery, upcoming initiatives, and other relevant upcominginformation.
§ Log all press coverage and post relevantpress to LDV LinkedIn and corresponding brand Press pages.
§ Attend and support photo/video shoots,as needed.
§ Book all approved press/influencer dinesinto SevenRooms with appropriate reservations notes.
§ Provide support on Internationalaccounts, as needed (ex: recording minutes on calls).
§ Maintain the LDV design Dropbox, downloading, naming,and organizing assets after each photo / video shoot.
§ Manage award submissions.
§ Fulfill and track approved donationrequests.
4. Company Newsletter (Quarterly)
§ Collaborate with internal stakeholders togather content for each newsletter issue, including articles, updates,announcements, and employee spotlights.
§ Edit and proofread content to ensureaccuracy, clarity, and alignment with company messaging.
§ Usedesign tools to create visually appealing layouts for the newsletter.
§ Ensurethe design elements and overall look of the newsletter reflect the company'sbrand guidelines and enhance readability.
§ Developand maintain a production schedule for each newsletter issue, including contentdeadlines, design reviews, and distribution timelines.
§ Coordinatewith contributors to adhere to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of contentand materials.
§ Coordinate the distribution process,including email distribution lists or other distribution platforms.
§ Monitor newsletter analytics andperformance metrics to assess engagement and effectiveness, providing insightsfor continuous improvement.
