An Upscale French Restaurant Group is se eking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Se rv er to provide excellent customer se rv ice and an enjoyable dining experience for our patrons.

For this position, we are looking for someone who will not only execute the standard steps of se rv ice, but also develop a strong rapport with our clientele by going above and beyond for each guest.

Primary r esponsibilities :

• Greet customers and pre se nt menus
• Make suggestions ba se d on their preferences
• Take and se rv e food / drinks orders
• Up se ll when appropriate
• Arrange table se ttings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all se rv ing and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules / regulations and all customer se rv ice guidelines

• Listen and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Be efficient and organized
• Build good relationships with customers
• Maintain a clean work environment

Languages : French and Italian (highly preferred)
