WHO YOU ARE As the Retail Merchandise Allocator Associate, you will be responsible for the allocation process of merchandise for all Le Creuset retail channels across the US.
You will partner with several departments including merchandising, planning, operations, store leadership, and finance to support the execution of Le Creuset's growth strategy.
Through ongoing analysis, the retail merchandise allocator consistently works to maximize sales and increase sell-through for Le Creuset.
com, Signature stores, Outlet stores, and Factory to Table events. With continually changing promotions and frequent new product launches, you will be continually working with all team members to ensure the product is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Drive and manage the store allocation and replenishment process while working to meet company objectives.
Perform sales and inventory deep dive analysis to help develop actionable plans that drive sales and reduce inventory liability.
Develop recommendations for merchandising based on historical analysis.
