Description
We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated General Manager to join our team. This role will be based out of our 5th & Broadway, downtown Nashville location but will also help oversee our kiosk at the Cool Springs Galleria Mall in Franklin. Must be flexible with schedule to include nights and weekends and also have reliable transportation.
The General Manager's responsibilities will be to ensure strategic goals are met by setting and delivering on operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, overseeing inventory, training, product quality control, on-site visual and digital marketing, and managing employees, to include hiring, scheduling, training, team meetings, progressive discipline and terminating when needed.
