• Practice daily and follow the game schedule

• Desire to work with young people
• Desire to and have background playing/coaching football
• Must pass background check

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to complete online coaching requirements as established by the Minnesota State High School League

• Work with the Head Varsity Coach to develop a progressive training and practice program that will maximize the development of middle school football players.
• Attend all practices and games as scheduled.
