As a senior operations analyst, you will be responsible for the financial processing and reporting to our clients as well as internal teams. Successful Candidates will be located in Ontario. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Use reporting tools to generate and review client invoices on a monthly basis. Assist with managing program data and conduct financial analysis, including forecasting. Conduct variance analysis & reconciliations to both forecasts and contractual program budgets. Assist in researching and answer inquiries and identifying potential solutions where appropriate. Produce and maintain process documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Recommend and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested. Interpret results and develop recommended actions. Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Show a proactive, self-starting attitude, and an ability to work independently when necessary.
