As a Support Specialist II, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, helping people navigate different energy efficiency programs, and recommending products or services to customers. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you are… · Experienced in working in customer service, handling inquiries by phone, email, mail, or fax. · Experienced in working with or a demonstrated sensitivity to marginalized populations. · Experienced in data entry, verification, and report generation. · Practiced in using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. · Organized and a self-starter as this position has the potential to work remotely as long as you are located in Ontario.
