Job Title:Accounting Clerk

Report to:Finance Manager

FLSA Status:Non-Exempt

Status: Temporary

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain all financial records in Sage 100.

2.Assist in Compiling all internal profit and loss reports

3.Process and file all invoices – checking for accuracy and timeliness

4.Posting of cash receipts

5.Responsible for AHCA administration – fingerprinting of all new hires, updating AHCA website with employees, completing licensing applications for clinical renewals

6.Build strong vendor relationships

7.Pulling Financial Data from EMR system

8.Monthly debt report

9.Corporate Census report (insurances, leases, taxes, etc)

10.Back up to Administrative assistant for corporate office administrative duties

11.Retrieving incoming faxes and correspondence and distributing to appropriate recipient

12.Daily retrieval of outside mail – distribute to appropriate personnel

13.Copy insurance checks received in mail for Billing Department

•Solid experience working in accounting.

•Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

•Very high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
