Position Summary: The Director of Project Management will oversee the project management team within our Medical and Commercial Solutions business units leading to high quality results delivered right first time. Responsibility for projects may include but is not limited to client teams, company priorities, mergers and acquisitions, client contracts, and new systems integrations. Our Project Management team partners across major functional areas including Business Development, Sales, Operations, Sales Training, Finance, HR, and Compliance, as well as client partners. Key Accountabilities Manage and coach a team of Project Management professionals to drive the execution of project and program management capabilities including implementation of projects, client engagements, and initiatives within an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to new business presentations and pitches by creating timelines, submitting RFP responses or presenting to potential clients. Ensure team effectiveness through well-defined roles & responsibilities, project management tools and principles, communication and change management. Lead the project core team to create integrated project plans and timelines encompassing key milestones, SOP/ Business Rules, and workflows. Manage and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables as required as well as monthly revenue forecasts, resource planning, and organizational capacity. Leverage appropriate risk management tools and techniques to identify, mitigate and manage project risks throughout the engagement’s lifecycle. Engage and manage senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes. Assemble required attendees and materials to ensure effective Quarterly Business Reviews, Steering Committee meetings, and other critical project meetings. Identify opportunities within existing projects for cross-functional process improvement and organic growth Foster global teamwork toward common objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required in a related field preferred. 8-10 years of project management experience, including 2-3 years in a management role. Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience delivering data science or analytics products to clients on time and on budget. Strong leadership skills with capabilities in persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and organization. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet goals. Agility in execution and adaptability to changing requirements. Strong customer service mindset, ability to balance efficiency with client needs Analytical mindset with experience working with technical teams. Knowledge of digital marketing, Salesforce CRM software, databases, and analytical/statistical tools is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.); PMP Certification is a plus. Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is preferred.
