Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $130K- $137K. Principle Working Relationships/ Contacts: Reports directly to Regional Nurse Manager working closely with other Clinical Nurse Educators and representatives with our client company. Maintaining a positive working relationship with key customer, and client team members. Education/Experience: Required: RN with BS/BA Degree from an accredited university or college Strong communication and collaboration skills Current License in good standing 3 years oncology nursing experience Ability to meet travel demands within territory - approximately 80% field - 20% remote depending upon territory conditions. Colleagues in customer-facing roles within our Commercial and Medical Solutions teams may be expected to maintain required credentials, including vaccination status. This ensures compliance with standards for patient and colleague safety Preferred: Previous field CNE experience Previous pharma sales experience Experience in injectables OCN or AOCN Recent experience with disease state Involvement in ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) Knowledge/Skills /Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive Customer focused Strong listening skills Demonstrated team work/collaboration Strong organizing/planning skills/disciplined, attention to details Ability to perform administrative responsibilities accurately and on time Self motivated, high level of initiative, results driven. Excellent Judgment/ Decision Making skills Computer Proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry a plus Ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjusts priorities to meet organizational goals and objectives.
