O QUE VOCÊ FARÁ: • Desenvolverá estratégias com a equipe para prospectar leads; • Mapeia as oportunidades para a equipe de vendas; • Recebe e organiza os leads do nosso banco de dados; • Pesquisa e investiga as características dos leads; • Prepara um roteiro para o primeiro contato; • Prospecta, encanta e qualifica o lead, identificando e apresentando soluções para suas necessidades; • Agendar a reunião com o representante de vendas; • Mantém o engajamento com o lead até a realização da reunião com o representante de vendas. • Interage com os clientes potenciais por telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail; • Mantém o CRM alimentado e organizado; O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA: • Experiência anterior de 1 a 2 anos trabalhando como SDR ou em áreas relacionadas a vendas • Escuta ativa, habilidades de comunicação diferenciadas e resiliência • Conhecimento em vendas internas • Conhecimento em Spin Selling, Bant, prospecção ativa. • Capacidade de contornar e lidar com objeções • Experiência em fazer apresentações comerciais por telefone e WhatsApp • Inside Sales, Vendas, Comunicação, Gestão, Marketing/Educação Digital.
