**Job Summary:** ( Urgent Hiring - 1099, 100% Commission basis)
We are seeking a dynamic Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to establish and maintain strong relationships with retail clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions. Your role will involve a combination of sales, account management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential wholesale clients, including retailers, Coffee Shops, C-Stores and other businesses in the target market.
2. Build and maintain a strong network of clients through regular communication, meetings, and product presentations.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions that meet their needs.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback and market trends are incorporated into the product offering.
6. Monitor & identify new business opportunities.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis.
9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network, showcase products, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in wholesale sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and secure profitable agreements.
4. Knowledge and understanding of the wholesale industry, including market dynamics, trends, and competitors.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
