They are seeking a hybrid remote People Operations Manager ( 2 days a week).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a thriving company culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven track record in HR management. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of people operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is a plus
Proven experience in HR Management, preferably in a SaaS company with experience managing an off shore office.
Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a diverse culture base
Strong presentation skills, capable of creating and delivering impactful presentations
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies.
Salary range:
$130-150K plus 10% annual bonus potential
