Overview:
At Solaria Solar and Roofing, we are seeking ONE motivated and experienced Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record of success in closing residential solar sales. You will be responsible for meeting with homeowners at Pre-Set In-Home Appointments to present our solar energy solutions.

Duties:

• Travel to Pre-Set, In-Home Appointments within your designated area to present solar options to homeowners.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assessing customer needs and offering tailored solar solutions.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, available incentives, and financing options.
• Prepare and present proposals to close sales efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high closing rate and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support throughout the sales process.
• Accurately maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience successfully closing residential solar sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of solar energy products, financing options, and the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willing to travel to pre-set appointments up to 2 hours away.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
