Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in sales? Join our team at LEAD Staffing as an Entry-Level Sales Representative and embark on a journey of growth, learning, and success! With a focus on client pre-screening and qualifying, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibilities for someone who is just starting off their sales career. This is an in-office, non-remote, position in our Tampa Corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily outbound qualifying calls to identify viable Prospects.
  • Generate and quality Prospect clients via pre-established pipelines, and targeted research.
  • Coordinate potential meetings between the Outside Sales Team and decision makers from qualified Prospects
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to discuss potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured sales process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
