Job Description: Customer Experience Coordinator
What you will accomplish: The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the customer journey by serving as a main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems. This person will be enthusiastic about customer satisfaction at all times to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and thorough manner within a 24-hour time frame.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolution of issues.
  • Conduct thorough review of order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and cross-referencing of orders.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to support end to end customer experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization.
  • Assist with research, collection, database administration, and analysis of customer data and feedback.
  • Perform scheduling, document preparation, resource coordination, and other administrative duties.
  • Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment or call center environment.
  • Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
