Interim Business Office Manager Skilled Nursing Facility
Pay Rate per Hour : $30-$40
Total Gross Pay Weekly : $1,200 - $1,600

LeaderStat is currently searching for a stellar Business Office Manager (BOM) candidate to commit to a 30-day contract in CITY, STATE.
The Business Office Manager will be responsible for assisting with financial and human resources operations in a senior living community.
When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim leader, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment.
They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way.
Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with department managers to support all staff members
- Manage the pre-hire process, maintain personnel records, worker’s compensation process, and all employee relations
- Payroll, onboarding of new hires, maintain training records and in-services
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in senior living
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for serving senior populations
- Ability to form and maintain trusting relationships with staff, residents and families
