Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Home Health role for a Registered Nurse at LeaderStat located in Newton, MA. The Home Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services. The Home Health Registered Nurse will also be responsible for documenting patient information, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in providing direct patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
