LeaderStat has an exciting Senior Living Sales/Marketing opportunity with a strategically growing senior living provider at one of their beautiful communities in Freehold, NJ. This vibrant, intimate Assisted Living and Memory Care community, located in beautiful Freehold, NJ puts a premium on service and hospitality.

PreviousSenior Living Sales experience is required.

As a team of 2, the Sales/Marketing Directors are responsible for working with and supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options. This is primarily an internal sales role with an external component of marketing/business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Consistent proven track record of measurable accomplishments
• 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience in Senior Living required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Experience in usage of CRM application
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have good tenure with current and previous employers
• Being well networked in the area is a plus
