Description
The Mental Health Therapist career at Leading By Example comes with a starting salary of $60,000 - $70,000 (based on licensure and experience) and many perks and benefits including a $5000 Signing Bonus, up to $6000 of performance incentives, comprehensive medical insurance, generous leave and paid holidays (including your birthday), spacious work spaces mindfully designed around the work we do, and employee wellness programs.

All required CEU's for licensure can be obtained in house. LBE also offers an annual $300 training stipend.
Responsibilities
- Document a minimum of 30 full sessions per week
- Complete client assessments and assign them to the appropriate level of care
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Review goals and interventions with clients on a bi-annual basis for outpatient clients, and a monthly basis for intensive outpatient clients
- Collaborate and coordinate with other providers as clinically appropriate
- Monitor and document client progress in achieving established goals
- Master's degree in behavioral health field or are a prospective graduate of a master's program in the behavioral health field
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- LMSW, LGCPC minimum licensure requirement; however, prospective graduates who intend on obtaining a license are encouraged to apply!
- Advanced independent licensure (LCPC or LCSW-C)
- Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (ACT, CBT, DBT, Child-Centered Play, IFS, MBCT, etc)
