Description of Role:We are seeking a Records Management Admin to be a part of our clients growing company. This will be a part-time opportunity at 28 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning of weekly processed documents
- Linking electronically scanned files to their proper folders in the system
- Filing paper copies into the appropriate folders
- Vendor Setup and Auditing
- Handling special projects and additional duties as needed
- Basic Computer Skills
- Records Retention
- Attention to detail
- Using Copier-scanner
- Physical strength required to be able to lift file boxes and stand while scanning/filing
