Title: Marketing/Sales Data Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Pay rate : $58-$60/hr on W2

  1. If candidate is located near below office hub - Hybrid at 3 days a week in office and 2 days work from home OR

Job Description:

Client is looking for a motivated and data driven individual to join the Americas Field Marketing team in a contract position. This individual will manage key projects for the Americas Field Marketing Team, running campaigns to drive customer acquisition as well as customer cross-sell/upsell prospective and existing customers in addition to activating programs with the field. As a member of the team, this individual will execute on various projects such as multi-channel campaign management, reporting, events planning, coordination, promotion and follow up, presenting success back to stakeholders - and more.

This individual must be an innovative thinker, with the drive to develop strategic campaign programs that are targeted, consistent, actionable and integrated to deliver pipeline and revenue. We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking responsibility for the success of their programs and meeting deadlines. We are looking to hire out of our hub locations (New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, Indianapolis, Dallas) but are open to the right remote candidate located outside of those cities.

Responsibilities:

* Deep analysis and understanding of business segment and reporting of campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results. This individual will be responsible for tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, revenue attainment and other key data points across campaigns.

* Execute end-to-end demand generation programs including email campaigns, webinars, website testing, direct mail, paid media, etc. with the purpose of driving sales qualified leads and build sales pipeline.

* Communicate effectively and manage communications to key stakeholders - primarily Sales - across the business including weekly and monthly reviews. Communication methods include slide decks/presentations as well as verbal read outs.

* Multi-task across multiple projects and marketing campaigns, using existing tools and communication skills to manage project information and deliverables.

* Understand marketing calendar of events, webinars and activities coming up, updating the calendar when new events are created and promote activities to internal teams.

* Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with stakeholders to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

* Manage and support vendor relationships as needed (ie. creative agencies/partners.)

Basic Requirements:

* 3-4 years experience with marketing programs, campaigns, and websites. Experience marketing or selling within B2B and Tech industries preferred.

* Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics including paid digital, SEM, direct mail, events, and SEO as related to campaigns.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient if not exceptional with excel or other analytical tools.

* Creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.

* Ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance.

* Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.

* Be an agent for change: Experience managing change and handling ambiguity

* Prefer candidates that have worked either with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

* Bachelor's degree required.

Overview of a day for this contractor :

  • Onboarding - learning tools and operations, understanding pipeline management, marketing program performance and how to optimize for performance
  • Crafting weekly communications updates to field (via slack and slide decks)
  • Weekly reporting against key campaign performance
  • Ongoing projects and associated meetings (tactic management - email programs, vendor management - ie. creative and design work)
  • Weekly team meeting and 1:1 with manager

Skills :

  • Must have skills: Excel (data analysis, pivot tables), slide deck building, presentation skills (at least comfort level presenting to moderate size groups of up to ~100 people via google meet)
  • Teachable skills: reporting, email tools, Preferred communication channels
  • Optional skills: Tableau/Analytics, Email marketing/tactic management, Slack
