Job Title: Representative - Customer Service (Mid Level)Location Torrance, CA - Hybrid: Mon/Fri Remote & Tue/Wed/Thu On site Duration: 7/8/2024 - 10/8/2024M-F 8:00am to 5:00pmPayrate $23/hour on w2We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative - Domestic who will be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RA’s, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.
Providing customer support via phones, new order entry, order processing, customer inquiries and expediting or fulfillment requests approved by department Manager and/or Director.
The Essential Requirements Of The Role IncludeHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
1-2 years of experience working with customer support
Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Effective business language usage (spelling, punctuation, and grammar)

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.
