Leadway AB is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near Hayward, CA
We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of stable experience in the industry, a portfolio of outstanding work, and experience in HTML coding and maintaining an e-commerce platform. A degree from an accredited US school is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative graphics for digital and print media
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for social media, email marketing, and other campaigns
- Develop and maintain an e-commerce platform, ensuring the site's design is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Lead and mentor other designers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to brand guidelines
- At least 5 years of stable experience in the industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and formats
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD), Sketch, Figma, and HTML/CSS
- Experience in maintaining an e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles and how they relate to design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited US school
