Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Position Details:
- Assists children with Developmental Disabilities, more specifically children diagnosed with Autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis
- The Behavior Technician provides 1:1, in-home, in-school behavioral treatment to preschool through high school-aged children
- Work hours/days are flexible and position hours are defined as on a "work as needed" basis but with a set schedule
- Work locations: school, clinic, client home, remote
- Behavior Technicians travel to wherever treatment is provided, whether it's in the client's home, school/camp, or to the office. LeafWing Center pays for drive time and mileage while working between clients
- Must be patient, excellent with children, possess good social skills, be tolerant and empathetic towards people, and have a natural desire to want to help children with special needs
- Must have a clean driving and criminal record
