Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a classroom setting and possess the skills necessary to educate and care for young children.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Conduct activities that promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment

Skills:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or Montessori setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and early childhood education principles
- Ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities
- Understanding of special education needs in early childhood development
