Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our premier restaurant locations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and supply orders.
2. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor restaurant staff to achieve their highest potential. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, addressing customer feedback promptly, and implementing improvements as needed.
4. Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and control costs. Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives and community events. Build strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
7. Staffing and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members. Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet business needs and manage labor costs effectively.
8. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
9. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate and timely ordering of supplies. Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
10. Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans for the restaurant. Align restaurant goals with overall company objectives and drive initiatives to achieve them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
