Learfield is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Plano, TX
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support two sales executives and to provide some basic office support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the assigned Executives.
Manage the assigned Executives' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Complete expense reimbursement in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the assigned Executives.
Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office operates smoothly.
Cover the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Assist with the planning and execution of events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Keep regular business hours on behalf of the Executive Staff (8:00 am-5:00 pm).
Be available by phone or email after hours as needed, especially when the assigned Executives are traveling.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum one year as an administrative assistant for a senior-level executive
Office management/office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
