As the School Director, you will have the opportunity to support the tone and culture of your school.. You will inspire teachers to implement high-quality Montessori STEM curriculum in each classroom while managing the school’s day-to-day operations. Your role as School Director will be to build strong partnerships with staff and families at your school. You will nurture each child’s individual development, and pave the way for success in school and life. Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coach teachers
• Build and maintain an inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
• Proactively communicate with families, clients, staff, and licensing to provide exemplary customer service
• Conduct the daily responsibilities of operating the school, including guiding the school team, and communicating with parents
• Fulfill different responsibilities based upon the needs and daily operations of the school

Requirements

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field
• At least 2-5 years of school supervisory experience in a high-quality program required
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
• At least five years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children required
• Montessori experience preferred
