**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our Self-Storage team at Ella Road Self Storage. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations at our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting property management activities. The property is located at 3510 Ella Blvd Houston, Tx 77018. This is a part time position. Self Storage experience is recommended but not required.
**Duties:**
- Assist in leasing activities, including showing properties to prospective tenants and processing agreements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and data entry
- Support the negotiation of lease agreements and contracts
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants when opportunities arise
**Skills:**
- Experience in Self-Storage property management or real estate managment roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of property leasing software- Web Self Storage or Sitelink
- Ability to handle property maintenance coordination effectively
- Skilled in upselling services or amenities to tenants
- Negotiation skills for lease agreements and contracts
- Sales experience is a plus
