With Learning Care Group’s Director in Training program, you will receive hands-on training and support from our company’s best and brightest school leaders as you prepare to assume a Director role of your own Center!

As a Director in Training, you get to:

• Lead! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Promote! Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
• Innovate! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
• Build! Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Learn! In addition to shadowing your local mentor Directors, you will join a network of ECE professionals from over 1,070 Child Care centers and growing!

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bronze or higher level certificate Oklahoma Director's Credential .
• Must meet state education and experience requirements for child care director.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
