Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that meet state licensing requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to maintain and grow enrollment.

2. Staff Leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise qualified staff, including teachers, assistants, and administrative personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

3. Curriculum Development:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
  • Ensure the curriculum meets the developmental needs of children and aligns with the center's educational philosophy.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and licensing standards.
