As of May 30th, a powerhouse firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with the firm’s Litigation practice group. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying and planning strategies for new business opportunities according to market conditions and trends.
- Managing RFP responses and content strategies, including client communications and the firm website, blog, and other digital media.
- Project managing events and other opportunities, while preparing and tracking pitches, proposals, and referrals.
- Conducting research on marketing targets, competitors, and other industries.
- Working with the team on award submissions.
Required Skills:
- Five or more years of experience working in a marketing or business development capacity.
- BA or BS in a related field. Advanced degrees and paralegal experience are a plus
- Ability to motivate a team, and work collaboratively.
- Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Great writing and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with databases and resources such as Courtlink, Pacer, Courthouse News, West Monitor, and Law 360.
